Welcome to FitX (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before registering, logging in, or using the services provided by the App, please be sure to carefully read this agreement, especially the clauses relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
1.1 FitX is a hardcore fitness assistant application powered by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It provides services including, but not limited to: AI dietary analysis, generation of personalized training plans, body composition tracking, and fitness advice.
1.2 You understand that FitX's core recommendations are generated by AI algorithms (such as large language models). Although we strive to improve the scientific accuracy of our algorithms, AI may have limitations or generate incomplete or inaccurate information.
2.1 Non-Medical Advice: All content, recommendations, and plans provided by FitX are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnoses, medical advice, or prescriptions. FitX is not a medical institution, and this service cannot replace the professional guidance of a doctor, registered dietitian, or other medical professionals.
2.2 Physical Condition Assessment: Before using the training plans or dietary advice suggested by the App, you should ensure you are in good health and have no relevant contraindications. If you suffer from heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, orthopedic injuries, or are in a special physiological state such as pregnancy, you must consult a doctor and obtain medical clearance before using the service.
2.3 Assumption of Risk: When performing training movements suggested by FitX, you should adjust the weight and intensity based on your actual physical response. FitX assumes no liability for any accidental injuries or health deterioration resulting from copying or executing the suggestions provided by the App, to the extent permitted by law.
3.1 You promise to provide true and accurate basic personal information (such as weight, height, age). False information will lead to significant deviations in the AI-generated plans, and you will be solely responsible for any resulting consequences.
3.2 You are responsible for safely keeping your account and password. Any operations conducted through your account will be deemed as your own actions.
Users must not use the App to engage in illegal activities, nor upload photos or texts that contain pornography, violence, infringement, or violate public morality. FitX reserves the right to restrict functions or ban accounts that violate these rules.
The ownership of FitX and its related AI algorithm logic, UI design, and brand logos belongs to the FitX development team. Without authorization, no unit or individual may illegally scrape, copy, or imitate them.
